Dividend Growth Stocks Archive

You can invest for big yields today or take a long-term view and capture growth over time for big yields tomorrow. The latter means investing in dividend growth stocks, which have number of characteristics that set them apart: a low dividend payout ratio, solid earnings growth, free cash flow and an established pattern of reliable, steady dividend increases. You get in early and realize small yields at first. But hold them for the long haul and those yields will be massive down the road relative to your initial investment. Dividend growth stocks are a long-term strategy for the patient dividend investor.
